Often times you will find yourself looking for inspiration, information and advice to train better which is great, but at the same time you can get lost by trying to perfect your training when in reality you should just do something first then look for how to improve it
Otherwise you will look back & which you could have been more consistent
After all CONSISTENCY is the keyword when it comes to getting results in any environment
The person that is always looking get motivated will not
Reaching your goals physically is pretty straight forward – you just follow the plan and get the results
But mentally it’s a roller coaster – there is no manual that will teach you how to deal with the though times…this is something that you gotta learn how to overcome by doing
By taking action and overcoming obstacles, there is no way around it
Whenever you feel trapped, lost & lonely remember to just show up
Show up to the gym, the playground, the bar, the rings, the weight..show up to your challenge
And just START
Don’t wait for the inspiration to happen and save you, Just do something
Pick up a sandbag, do 20 pull ups, go to the park and run, grab a rock and squat it, etc
Get in the habit of just show up & get things started, even if they are not perfect or planned….slowly you’ll look back & see how much you have accomplished vs if you have waited for the magic moment to strike you
Those moments do happen, but never depend on them or anything to lead you to action
You are in control so make it happen!
Strength happens in the mind first, then the body so make it happen!
